Chartered Building Surveyors with a wealth of experience

both the public and private sectors.

Since our establishment in 1997, we have worked
for a wide range of clients which include Local
Authorities, private landlords, property management
companies, loss adjusters, solicitors and public
limited businesses, private house purchasers and
owners, and have provided specialist services to
other firms of Chartered Surveyors.
Any building or property related project involves
an often complex mix of professionals, consultants
and contractors. We can act as lead consultants
– responsible for directing and organising
other consultants to deliver the optimum end result.
We are equally happy to be part of a large project
team acting under the direction of another lead
consultant. Whatever the scenario, we approach every
project with enthusiasm, flexibility and co-operation,
in order to ensure that our clients achieve optimum
results on each occasion.
